We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security checks and email routing, and email services to receive and respond to enquiries. Providers may process data outside Japan. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only as necessary to service providers, with consent, or as permitted or required by law.
Security & retention
We limit access to personal information and take reasonable measures against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
